R belt pully

I've got the driver off but the pully only want's to move about half in, do I just pull harder or what. Did same thing about 25 years ago but don't remember how it came off. looks by shop manual it should just pull off.

Did you take the operating fork off, it's the plate and arm in front of the pulley
