Setting load adjustment on Deere 2010 gas.

The procedure in the manual for my Deere 2010 gas lays out the procedure for setting the load adjustment screw on the carb. But one phrase they use is not defined and I do not understand what it means.

Step 1: Warm up the engine and place hand throttle in fast idle overtravel.

What, exactly, is this fast idle overtravel position? What RPM does this equate to?

This term is not defined anywhere in the manual.

Many thanks.

"What, exactly, is this fast idle overtravel position?"

Yank the throttle wide open, then grab the knob at the end of the throttle lever and pull it outward, allowing the lever to be yanked a little more "wide open".

Thanks guys! I kind of figured anything to do with load would have to be at higher throttle, but Deere throws "idle" in there just to make it super confusing.

I think I need to tweak the load adjustment, above the throttle stop under load she seems to bog down and run out of steam.
