L tires; will 9.50 22 tires fit on 7.50 rims?

Does anyone know if 9.50 x 22 tires will fit on a 7.50 x 22 L rim?

A 22 inch rim is a 22 inch rim. A bigger tire should have a wider rim but yes they will fit.

A 9.50 tire is 2 inches or so wider then the 7.50 is so the center of it may sort of balloon or in other words not sit flat on the ground. A 7.50 should go in a 6 inch rim where as the 9.50 should go on an 8 inch rim
