I am looking to purchase a 98 JD 5410 with 520 loader. It is 2wd and open station. I will be using this for general land cleanup on 54 acres, bush hogging, auger work for fence line, grapple work, etc.
My limited understanding of this tractor is that the hydraulic remote svc are somewhat strange and may no be ideal for my uses.
For the grapple I prefer a third function switch, can this be added?
For implements that need hydraulic hookups, can these be added? What all is involved?
From the picture provided by the seller, it appears that any remotes that are in place are occupied by the loader
