Could someone tell me if this is a 12 volt or 6 volt system.
I'm thinking 6 Volt. The tractor won't start, think NAPA sold me the wrong coil.

Look at the number of battery cells or measure the battery voltage. That will tell you if it's 6V or 12V. Was it not starting before you replaced the coil? Your photos won't tell us whether it's 6 or 12 volts. Get photos of the battery or the tag on the generator or the marking on your old coil.

Ok, i comfirmed that it is 12V. It run last summer with this setup.
So here's what's going on the tractor turns over good and strong. I'm just not getting any spark to the plugs. I can see arching as the points open and close, but i don't have spark from the cap to the wire. When i measure the voltage + (with the key on) i get about 6v

You might consider replacing the condenser.

Using an in-line ignition spark spark tester, check both cap and rotor.

If there is still no spark from the cap to the wire, then you might consider replacing either the cap, rotor, or both.

If there is still no spark from the spark plug cable, then replace the cable.

Hope this helps.
