I tore down my Roosa Master (JD 450-C) JBD 435 MD2802 2500RPM
I did like wise to my Case 480CK DBGFCC 431 24AJ 1750 RPM
I cleaned it up. Installed a new flex ring and resealed it. It is getting plenty of fuel to the inlet. The Delivery valve looked good and was cleaned. The plunger pistons were clean and moved easily in the rotor.
I am not getting any fuel to the injector outlet ports on the hydraulic head.
I was pretty careful to keep the cam ring in c/cc position.
I'm pretty sure my metering valve is working properly, as is my fuel shut off. The JD is 12V solenoid and the Case is mechanical.
I'm hopping someone has had this problem.
I'm also wondering if one of the plunger piston in the rotor could
be blocking the Delivery Valve port?
Hope to hear back tonight or I'll be tearing them apart again tomorrow.
Thanks
