After 4 years of being somewhat dismantled all the components are back together. Fluids filled and tractor is running. One injector rack was stuck so had to loosen that up. Found that before trying to start it. Only thing not working like it should is the TOM. I had the assembly off the tractor to repair the rockshaft seals and the line seals. Put 6 qts of 5w-20, book calls for 5 1/2qts. The system was completely drained, so not sure if that is enough oil. Any pointers?

(quoted from post at 06:03:21 05/07/18) Maybe make sure the air is out of the TO lines.
Park the tractor with the front end high; cycle the TOM.

I will try jacking the front higher.

Looking into the fill hole and tractor running you can see fluid draining back into the sump from the overflow/bypass lines.

Fluid does not come out of the draincock with 6qts of fluid in it.

Am I right in thinking more fluid needs to be added?

I have cycled the TOM with engine running, the lift arms did not move.

The lift arms are hard to pull down, even when the pump is not running.
