Uddate, posted couple(?) months ago about PTO on 3020 syncro dragging at high idle after thorough rebuild. Took bottom cover off along w/each PTO finger and adjusted each adjusting bolt IN 1 full turn and fixed prob.
 
Not a fun job but doable. My 4010 would snap an adjustment bolt every few years for some reason so it would be the same thing remove finger and adjust and reassemble the take apart and adjust a little more. It is nice to hear success stories. Tom
