Our JD 5103 3ph position lift handle is stuck solid. The lift is in the down position. It wasn't used for about 6 months. I've applied pressure with a cheater pipe to the point i thought it may break. Obviously it's more than a little surface contact seizure. Any feedback on what to do is much appeciated.
