Roosa master pump

My 4000 has a Roosa JDB 633 pump. This is the ?distributor? type pump. Was there a larger displacement pump of the same design? I had
heard a pump from a 404 off a 7700 combine was same type but larger displacement. Thanks.

There was also an older DBG637 pump used on the 5020.

A 6 X .33" pump with rollers set at 1.980" pumps 89 cc @ 1100 RPM

A 6 X .35" pump with rollers set at 1.972" pumps 89 cc @ 1100 RPM

A 6 X .37" pump with rollers set at 1.966" pumps 97 cc @ 1100 RPM

Ok. Thanks. That?s the one. So as I understand it that is 6 cyl pump and 35 cc per cyl. What kind of HP did those pumps make on a naturally aspirated 404?

Also be aware that the delivery valve retraction value will change CC per 1000 shot flow rate too for a given roller to roller setting. Most AC pumps have .370 plungers, even though the engines were smaller than most JD engines are. Always wondered why AC 262 six engines had quicker injection rates than JD used. Should have been the other way around.

I've gotten around 110 HP on a dyno with 4020 with the fuel delivery turned up and making a lot of smoke. That was just a stock engine and I suppose using that tractor hard and a lot like that would not be great for longevity. That said, I am no horsepower expert. I was a Deere mechanic and every year farmers brought us their tractors to turn up the pumps for the pulls at the county fair. That was before tractor pulling became big business.
