Power steering on my 401 industrial

I noticed this today. When turning the power steering just quits for a few seconds. Then is normal. The second hour it never happened. I just changed the oil and filter. Any thoughts.
 

It's possible one of the steering valves hung for short period of time.

Thanks for the information. Where are these valves located? I am sure my manual will go in to great detail on replacing these. Stan
 

My guess is one of the little valves outlined in blue is causing steering to hang. It's remotely possible one could change the shims and correct the problem. I don't remember the correct shim specifications.

Price of 1 valve assembly(key 14) has escalated in the last few yrs.
