Too much radiator pressure

On a 730 diesel- it has so much pressure in
the radiator that its blowing water out.
It's NOT over heating, didn't even warm up
yet, and the oil is not milky. Sound like a
cracked head? And if so, why is the oil not
milky?

Neighbour had the SAME operating conditions on his JD 70 Diesel:

Removed the Main Engine HEAD....failed head Gasket:

Installed new head Gasket, new engine Thermostat (NOS), new temperature gauge, and re-torqued head after 2 hours of heavy working;

Neighbour would not have HEAD machined:

Followed instructions on Loctite 515 sealant:

515 sealant applied liberally to both sides of head gasket:
