I have a 54 70 that is not getting gas to the plugs. I have replaced the tank, rebuilt the sediment bowl and carb. The fuel gets to the carb. The sediment bowl has an automatic shut off on it. Should I replace the sediment bowl with one that doesn't have a automatic shut off and reroute the oil lines?

You can manually open the automatic sediment bowl, after doing so take the drain plug out of the carb bowl, you should have a good steady flow. If not check the carb, needle and seat may be stuck closed, float level is too low, or some other restriction in the carb. Or could be the cylinders are dry,an not drawing enough to pull fuel up to cylinders. Couple shots of engine oil in each cylinder should help
