4430 Exhaust Manifold

Spray them with Kroil penetrating fluid or the like,,then hit them a few times, the jarring action will work the fluid into the threads,,,then wiggle back and forth on them as they come loose,,spraying as you go...

I will add that IF you are still afraid of breaking them, cut the heads off and remove the manifold. This will give you something to get a hold of to remove them. If they break they will be flush or a little below the surface and more difficult to remove.

Yes, as Cliff stated that can give you options,, and some times the bolts are actually froze in the manifold and not the threads...Some times you need to use every trick in the book...I had a 4555 in here a month ago with a blown manifold gasket,, the bolt heads looked like a Hershey chocolate kiss,,I heated them,, hit them with a hammer a few times then drove a 1/2" socket on to it,,to my surprise they all came out...Luck has a lot to do with it...

Heat um up And melt a candle on them. That wax will go places when blaster just goes up in a puff of smoke on hot stuff. Those maniflods get cherry red amyway when they are working hard. I would also melt some on the backside at the head.

Learn something new everyday. Never heard of using candle wax before. I'll let you all know when I get a chance to jump on it. Thanks!]
