I have nearly completed my restoration of this tractor. I am still looking for bolts to hold the rear wheel weights. Any idea where I might find some? I also need the shutters that go in front of the radiator.
final, in my dreams, I would like to find the pedestal and wide front axle for this tractor. Thanks, Mel
 
I don't think they came with shutters until 37. I think they had a grill guard with a curtain in 36. What kind of rims do you have?
 
My 1935 JD-B has shutter or should I say what is left of shutters. This tractor has ben part of my family since 1940 so either I have an odd ball of they could be had in 1935
 
Tractor has flat spoke wheels. I may just have to heat a bolt and bent a flat hook on it.

I agree on the shutter years, but my tractor had the lever to adjust louvers. With the roller, you had to get off the tractor to adjust it.

My 1935 JD-B has the flat spoke wheels on it also but they are also steel wheels as in no tires. I do not recall ever seeing where wheel weights where offered on it either. I have the owners manual that came with the tractor when new but then on the other hand I played on that tractor some 55 plus years ago when my grand father owned it so I pretty much know what and where it was for decades
