4430 6 LUG TO 8 LUG HUB REPLACEMENT ON FRONT TIRES

Is this as simple as replacing the hub, or do they have different size spindles?

It appears after viewing the free JD 4430 parts catalog online that to change from 6 bolt hubs to 8 bolt hubs all one needs is 8 bolt hubs with correct brgs/races which should be identical plus 8 bolt wheels.

Thanks Jim! That's what I thought but wanted a second opinion. Can you look at the post I placed about front and rear oil lines and tell me what you think. Also, I guess I've bought the Vermeer TM-800 trailed mower that I looked at a while back. Did yours give pretty good service?

The 4430 could be ordered with 8 bolt hubs also I think spindles were same

I think a Vermeer TM800 is a good cutter. I think one of the oil lines you inquired about is a diff lock line.
