I just went on the website and placed an order. No problems logging in, the new format worked well and is a lot clearer than the old one. It even picked up and changed one superceded part number, which was always confusing for me on the old format. Why have I been seeing all the complaints lately? I thought it worked pretty good.

Mine has always automatically superseded the part numbers on the old site . I have gotten a little better at using the new site although I find it a little confusing where to find some of the parts I need compared to the alphabetical index but there was times with it I had to get creative and figure out what an engineer might call the part to find it so that?s really not anything to serious . My dealer was not getting my orders then one day they just started working again

I can find 3 different versions of their parts sites.

My dealer gave me a new web address for them for me to go and sign up with their new site too , but I have not done that yet.

Yup once you get the conformation email your set . I was not getting the email somehow then I'd .go to the dealer and they never got the order . all is well and working again now

Well Mike since you seem like a expert on the new system. LOL

Look up a JD 2010 diesel starter solenoid. There are several possible starters. So you search for "starter solenoid". Then you see it is not the one you need. So you have to go back to the search result and start at the top of the list again. So your going back and forth looking for the correct one. Then you find out that the one you need is not listed. So you want to scroll through the parts book pages to see if you can find the version yours is. Well the "new" system does not store the parts pages in the order they are in the paper parts books. So your scrolling and jumping around like a Mexican jumping bean.

I go to another competitors web site and find the correct one. Took less than one minute. They listed all the starter solenoid options on one page. Scroll down to the one you want and order it. JD actually did me and my friend a favor on this one. The JD part was $85 the competitor's part was $45 for a US made part. JDs might not be Us made.

i been using jd parts from day one and jd even sent a model truck out first year for using it and haven't had that much problem jd not sure who your dealer but every solenoid i priced was 30.00 dollars and you could also get it through a&i
