John Deere 4430 cab mounts

Working on replacing the cab mounts I have seen Tim S talk about on here. Looks to me there are 2 rubber mounts upper and lower at each mount ? I ordered 4 and they seem like they are small like underside mount. Anyhelp is appreciated
 
There are 8 mounts, the smaller one goes on top and a larger one goes on the bottom. Part numbers are AR59872 and AR58397. I'm replacing them on my 4030. Not to hijack your post but I'm wondering how tight to tighten the rear mount bolt? The 30 series has a unique bolt system on the rear mount. Just snug or crank it down? If someone knows it might help us both.
 
My top one is thicker but the bottom one is bigger diameter by about an inch but it is 1/2 inch or so thinner.
 
After you get the mounts in place and tight, shift into each range and see how well the shifter greets the notches in the shift plate,,if they don't set nicely into each place adjust the linkage till it does,, it may not take much..
