JD 870 time relay module

Hi I am working on a JD 870 diesel and I can't get the shut off selinoid to pull in I checked the seat switch and replaced the fuel shutoff relay and I'm down to the time delay control module but JD wants $260 for it can any give any other recommendation on what to look for

If you turn the key on and manually engage the shut off solenoid,does it hold?

Yes it dose I also jumped the the fuel shut off relay and it pulled the selnoid in so that's why I changed it but it still won't pull the selnoid in that's why I think it's the time relay
