Rollomatic on a 50

Can i put a wide front on a JD 50 without a ton of trouble? Were the Rollomatics made so you could switch them to wide front ends if you wanted to?

I think it's easier with the 2 piece pedestal, but it can be done on single piece pedestal also, except then you need to replace the single piece pedestal with a 2 piece pedestal.

Yes, factory square wide front on my 56 john deere 50. Convertible pedestal and your good to go.
