Single t-o-m arms would bounce under load on arms now no
lift at all, when it first happened I took the rockshaft section off
and found bypass valve was stuck,now if you run engine arms
come right up with no load but will not lift implements moving
quadrant lever does nothing. Any ideas or suggestions
welcome.

Could be something wrong with the pressure relief valve like a broken spring or it's stuck open or bad piston seals letting the oil bypass the piston.

I know my pump is good and with cold weather in Iowa haven?t worked on it
