3020 oil leak

We have a 3020 diesel leaking engine oil. It's leaking at the #4 exhaust port. Coming out between the exhaust manifold and the head. No visible oil smoke from exhaust. Could this be a exhaust valve stem seal problem? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Looks to be Diesel "slobber" from operating in cold weather and light load, with a leaking exhaust manifold gasket.

I agree with Roger,,maybe even a weak injector,,if you could check each exhaust runner with a heat detector you would probably find that one is cooler..
