hi can anyone tell me how shaft d206r is supposed to be fitted to spider mine appears to be welded two short runs each side this really don't look right.

Outer thrust washer 1D is supposed to retain items on shaft 11 by means of two bolts on each end. (2) of 1D and four bolts.
No telling what someone else did while in there though and new parts would be a nightmare to obtain from mother Deere I would think. But a new shaft 11 should be an easy job for a decent machine shop to make from scratch if used or new part can't be found any other way.

Thanks that what I thought I am planning on making an oversize shaft to take up wear in side pinion bore. Or I could bore and bush the opinions. How tight a fit should the spider be guessing a light press fit.

I would consider that too tight, .002 is tight enough but would allow oil in to keep it lubed. Not going to gall them and lock it up under worst conditions anyway makes it pretty forgiving project, best of luck with it.
