I am considering selling my JD 312 and 33 mounted tiller tractor has not run in a couple of years but looks good but has no brake shoes and the tiller tines look about 50%. I am just trying to get an idea tired of having too much stuff setting around taking of space and not being used.
What is a reasonable price for these 2 pieces ? $600-$700 ??

I think you're high for this area. Something you might consider is separating the two. Couple years ago I bought a new lawn mower leaving my JD 325 unused. It looks good and runs good so I started looking for a tiller for it. A potential buyer for your setup might be in my situation. They may want your tiller but are thinking they'll have to deal with some old junk lawnmower they don't want. I'm not saying your lawnmower is junk but in my situation it's something extra I'd have to pay for and not want. Then I'd have to find a place to dump it on someone else.

If you split them, the cooling fan/drive for tiller needs to go with the tiller. You then need to replace the cooling fan with the original type fan.
