I have a motor from a 68 4020 that I'm thinking about putting up for sale. I was gonna use it for a project to repower a gas 4020 or similar project but I don't think I will ever get around to it--considering all my other projects. Curious what it might be worth. I had it completely overhauled, using a high compression engine kit, I also sent the injection pump out and had it freshened up and set at 10% over stock. We even bypassed the crank ventilator. It is ready to fire. In addition, it also has a fairly new deere reman clutch on it (not cheap). Plus it has both manifolds, starter, alt, water pump, fan blade, new filters ect. Like I said, it is ready to install and go to work. The only thing it doesn't have is a tractor bolted to it. I know what I have in the parts and labor, but what might a guy begin to ask for it? Could pull the clutch if needed to separate it some.
