Hydraulic cylinder goes up with
hesitation but will not drop
with disk. I tried new o rings
on plugs. Didn't work. ???

There are 2 adjustment screws on the powertrol. One is rare of drop and the other is seated or unseated for single acting cylinders. Your operators manual explains this.

Take a look at the [b:654c4848f0]Section 70 TROUBLE SHOOTING[/b:654c4848f0] illustration below from the SM-2011.

Hope this helps.

I believe it takes weight(implement) to lower the lift arms. Put a wrench on one of the arms and force it down and see that it works. Its single acting.

It will extend the duel way cylinder but will not retract the cylinder. When you push the lever forward it takes a second then it goes up. But doesn't even try to retract. It use to work but something happen

Are you using the factory original hose end adapters out the rear of the valve body or are you using other connectors plumbed into the pipe plugs out the right SIDE of the valve body?

My guess is you're using the pipe plugs out the side and if so, what you describe is rather normal unless you have the special plug with the outer cap and internal valve in it!

You might find it works perfectly if you switch to the ports out the rear using the messy original hose end adapters.
