JD B flywheel wrench

I am working on a JD B .i am restoring it for a gentleman and I am partial to oliver tractors and I am wondering if someone he's a way of dealing with the flywheel.it is setup with a starter and it's a newer styled B I need a torque and maybe a way to make the wrench or use Someone's for a little any help would be appreciated and I am in western Pennsylvania

What year is the B? There are several B flywheel wrenches on eBay, including one in Ohio.
