I have a 52 g. I pulled the Pistons out and they have a number on them that I haven't seen before. It has a A1241 on the inside of the piston it also has WMW on them. They are aluminum flat tops. I would like to find new rings. I cleaned them and I can't find any size on them. Thanks for the help.

Whatever those pistons may be, Hastings or Dave Reed can supply you with rings. Measure 'em up so you know what you need.

May as well measure the bore and ring end gap when it is apart . How much ridge in the bore ? Just purchasing new rings and slapping it back together maynot workout as well hoped .
How much of a rebuild are you planning and what is the tractor used for ?

There was no ridge in cylinders. I honed both and they look very good. I will have to check the gaps on the rings, what do they need to be.

There's some helpful tips on ring fit in the grooves, plus end gap at the link below.

Might not be a bad idea to give Dave a call for any specific recommendations for your relatively large-sized piston.
