1020 Rear Axle Housing hole

Hello,

Does anyone know what the hole is for near the center-top of the rear axle housing T21413? I cannot find a reference to it on any parts diagram yet it doesn't seem like there should be an open hole there. This is on a 1020. Thank you.

I believe it's a threaded hole for a hold down clip for the work and caution lights. Mine has one broken off on the drivers side.
