Neighbor's backhoe won't lift the boom unless another function is held in operating position after it reaches the end of it's travel, you can curl the bucket in or out but it doesn't have much digging force, but it to will enable you to raise the boom once curled in or out and held in that position, this machine is electronic controlled with what appears to be control modules bolted to each cylinder valve assembly connected to the solenoids which check out o.k., so where do we start from??

Maybe someone can help you but I can't because my knowledge of JD industrial equipment is very limited. Tractordata shows your TLB has open-center hyd's with 42 gpm flow at 3625 psi. Have you changed hyd filter lately?

I have the exact same backhoe with the exact same problem. did you figure anything out?

ok i check the relief valve in the valve stack then make sure you have a full 12 volts to the electronic solenoids which are a magnet that controls the solenoid if the magnet that in the solenoid is weak it wont open the valve most electronic controlled valve stack have a master solenoid that also has to open when you want to use a individual function so make sure it also working gleaner combine was one the first to use that type control deere went to then on the 9000 series combines i always check the solenoid by putting a half inch wrench on the bottom of it if it held the wrench in place it was good if not it was weak
