Best radial 20.8 x 38 tires

Trelleborg or Michelin.... hang on to your wallet, they are in the $1500-$2000 range each

I don't know about Trelleborg. I'm told if you do a lot of road work and want longevity, it's Michelin. Firestone for those like me who don't do road work and just want traction.

If you run the road much then Michelin tires. If your not on pavement much then I like the Firestone 23 degree tires. Get the better ones they make an All traction II that is cheaper because it has fewer and thinner cross bars.

The best 20.8-38 is going to be in 2017 to be a 520/85R38.
You can have them in Michelin or any other major brand. Same sive is 650/65R38 and they are made to fit on 20.8-38 rims. If you have a tractor up to 4440 size they will do good.

I've had Continental radials on my 4255 for over 20 yrs that have been driven many, many miles in my custom baling/farming operation on blacktop roads that exhibit no noticeable lug wear IE no cupping of lugs.

There are several good brands. Most everyone prefers the long bar and Firestone is the choice of collectors. We have had tractors with Michelons,Treonburgs,Titans,BFG Continenal and GoodyYear. The one that seems to be least favorite are GoodYears especially the longbar shortbar .Although some like them the DT710 wasn't the best either. When it comes to tractor pulling the 23deg Firestone and BFG Radials sell well.
