JohnDeere 1970 450B bull dozier

My 1970 450B bull dozier transmission operates fine on level ground and will push a full blade and will back drag with blade all the way down but if you drive it up any incline and stop the dozier it will not move fwd or backwards. The rest of the hydraulic system is working great. I have changed the filter and blown out the transmission cooler. Fluid level is half way on the site glass when the dozier is on level ground. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

My problem is solved thanks to an old post on this site where someone had a simaliar issue and the person stated that the transmission on
this machine had a separate reservor from the one that supplies the other hydraulics and to check it lift up the seat. Well I replaced the
seat on mind and bolted it down so never gave it any thought there would be a dip stick under there. I was so happy when I read that and
couldn't get outside quick enough to find out it needed a gallon of 303 fluid. I've been 2 days trying to figure out what was wrong. Well I'm
happy to say I'm the dip stick this time " Here's your sign "

The filter in front off the radiator is for the blade .The filter for trans. is on the bottom off trans. case below your right foot. Life is good when repairs are easy.
