replaced the clutch discs, three adjusting bolts, and springs.adjusted for a good snap the drum is free and spins but when you start it the drum spins and will not release.any ideas ? Thanks for any help.

if the clutch brake is not adjusted properly then pulling the lever back will cause the disk to also engage and pull.....get the manual and properly set the side motion of the crankshaft then properly adjust your brake pulley...

If you call a dealer they can also give you the specs on the brake pin, don't think a new pin was available, but you can weld it up to the right length and adjust the brake better.

Thanks to everyone for the help. will just keep playing with it until we get the adjustment right.
