Bought a running 435 about 3-4 yrs ago and put it in the back of the shed. Didn't run right tho, wouldn't idle. Sure it was the rack that needed adjustment. Anyways, fast forward to now, I pulled it into the shop for a winter project. Charged the battery and hit the key to start and it won't turn over. Think a person can put it in gear and rock it loose?

Take the cap or pre filter off the air intake pipe above the hood. Be ready to choke the air flow off with a flat board if the fuel rack sticks.
