(quoted from post at 18:57:04 11/16/17) Cradle the rear wheel and unbolt the final drive, roll it away from the tractor,,remove the inner bolt and pull the planetary out of the housing,,(watch your fingers0,,now pull the housing off the axle,,you can get it to work in and out like a slide hammer till it's off,,now the outer bearings are exposed, knock the rollers out of the bearing ,clean the grease off and heat the inner race up and drive it off the axle,,and the spacer behind it,,remove the wear cup out of the housing,, now install the outer seal onto the new spacer,,warm the space up with a heat gun and drive it onto the axle,,then heat the outer bearing up and drive it onto the axle,,install the new wear cup into the housing, and the inner oil seal, pack the outer bearing with grease,,slip the housing back onto the axle,,drive the new inner bearing onto the axle, and put the copper washer on,,stick 2 small pieces of lead onto the end of the axle across from each other (fish line sinkers work nice) install the planetary with no shims and tighten it down with an air wrench tight,, now pull the planetary back off and measure the thickness of the mashed lead,,and that many shims less .oo5 (for preload,,now put the planetary back on and don't forget the lock,,
