That is nasty. Maybe he should divide his price by 3? I doubt his phone is ringing off the hook. Maybe he is handicapped and the pipe is an extra handrail? Tom

Here is another picture of the tractor. It has been modified all over. 4430 front axle, turbo, battery box on the right. The only good thing is the tires and motor that was over hauled.

Hi It's a 10/10 for functionality, and a 2/10 for presentation, there are quite a few fancy turbo installs like this on tractors in youtube video's
L.O.L. I'd say there is probably atleast a couple more tractors on that farm haven't had easy lives to from the picture JD posted, with similar
chrome pipes and possible pump adjustments that can go with them for added smoke. Regards Robert

Neighbor kids back in about 1967/'68 had a pair of turbocharged 4020's they farmed with and tractor pulled
all summer with. Big truck engine turbo, like on a 855 Cummins, Big truck dry pleated paper air filter,
WAY too big to fit under the hood, bolted to left side frame rail and big 5 inch tubing running up to turbo
sticking out of the hole cut in the hood and a big 5-6 inch straight pipe coming off the turbo. No
intercooler back in those days. My cousin was about their age and good friends with them. They claimed
225-250 hp farming and up to 450 hp pulling. No antifreeze in the engines, ran straight water with a
coolant conditioner, Red Line Water Wetter. Had a cold snap one night, temp down to 18 degrees and cracked
blocks in both 4020's.

Yep, bet that 4020 been rode had and put away wet many many times!

That must be some sort of "aftercooler" treatment method. So much less heat transfer by taking this line over the hood rather than under the hood!
