Started a post below regarding a 3020 I was looking at an estate sale.I ended up buying it as I need another loader tractor to put a bale grapple on.Think this should work okay.Tractor already has a ported filter cover for oil return.Going to tee into fitting near brake pedals for oil feed. That will free up remotes to run the grapple hydraulics.Tractor runs very well other than sloppy shift linkage.Ended up paying 7300.Also bought the lift for pasture drag for a little bit of nothing.Looks a little out of place tho all the other tractors are red lol.>Paul

You did good and I bet you will like it. I now have 3 3020's that I use and three other ones here that will be for sale in the next year or so. I have one with a 46a loader and before we got a skid loader always kept two 3020's with 46A loaders. The 3020 is a handy chore tractor. We use one on the tmr mixer every day to feed cows. The that was my Dad's has 9700 hours and has never been touched(but needs it very bad).Soon you will want a 4020 to go along with it and little by little those red tractors will be gone.LOL Tom

That looks to be a real deal. I would like a buy like that. I did buy a 4020 with a 158 loader for about the same money about 3 years ago. The owner thought the powershift trans. was bad and wanted to unload it. The only thing I found wrong was the loader seals were leaking and you couldn't keep hydraulic oil in it.

You got a steal on that imo. Although I do see a ton of bondo in the front of that hood. Being a loader tractor, you'll probably drop something on it soon anyhow. Looks good otherwise.

3010's and 3020's seem to be cursed a bit on this forum, especially if gasoline powered. The first tractor I drove was a 3010 gas, and my dad still has the 3020 gas purchased in the early 1970's. I spent many hours hauling grain with that 3020, so I have a special place in my heart for a 3020. I wanted a 3020 diesel for a number of years, but never got the job done. Congratulations on your purchase. I suspect it will give you many years of dependable service, and I hope for the same.
