SGC Door size

Has anyone increased the size of a SGC door? When your done laughing hear me out. :).
I am a big guy. My 4250 is what I could afford. I have thought about cutting the left-front post at the top of the fender and at the roof frame. And then moving it either to the left or rear-ward and split the window. In either case the door would make up the difference.
I have thought about getting a burned or used cab to experiment with. I will post on Tractor Talk also since I don?t know if A-Case-Guy graces this forum.
Thoughts?

Personally i would try to make the top right openable as well so you can get trough the doors. This way the tractor would still look original. Its probably much more work.

If you could swap lh and rh glasses and move post accordingly it will not be too bad. One issue is that you will not see anything on the road with the muffler and the post not aligned.
You may want tu put or fab a 4760 exhaust to improve on the issue.

Other solution for same money is to get a cih 7120 allis 8050 white 140, all nice tractors with big doors.
You can paint them green if that's the issue. Much easier than moving a cab post.

Well, that is thinking outside the box.

I guess we could discuss tractor color all day. :) I did look at an IH 7120. It was mfwd and did not turn well at all and you could not see the draw bar from the seat without banging your head into the rear cab window. Go figure.

Thanks for the unique thoughts.
