I have found them on Amazon, however the needle bearings are 47.97 each and it takes 2. There has to be aftermarket bearings available The JD part number is JD8407 thrust bearing and JD8820 needle bearing.
I am unable to find a cross reference or a drawing with dimensions.

HELP

After searching the web I found the bearings at Waltstractor.com , but they don't have the seals and retainers, they have a M prefix in the service manual. M1518, M2282, M2283. I am going to call a JD dealer. Any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Bill

Do you have a bearing supplier around like Motion Industries? If you take the old bearing in they do not care what it came off of. They just match the bearing up.

i picked up two for an antique garden tiller just yesterday.

Usually takes one day to get. Same with seals.
