Anyone know of a 2 cyl salvage yard that may have some odd parts that are no longer available? I have a 39 B which is an odd duck (first year styled) so some parts are hard to find. Long story short... outside bearing for my sliding shaft gear went out ruining the gear and the cover and retainer. I can get the bearing from JD if I give them my first born son but the other parts are not available (I knew that before I asked, but I had to ask).
Thought I had this thing ready for paint and now it's in pieces in my garage again. :? Good thing all I paid for when I bought it were the tires because I sure have a butt load of money in it now.
