720 diesel bleeding

I changed fuel filters and seals on the transfer pump. I have bled according to service manuel, get fuel from the 2 fuel filter cannisters, but none from the third bleed port on the side of the motor as illustrated in the service manuel. The tractor will not run. Now what?

you will have to crank the engine longer to get the fuel to flow out the last bleed port. Can we assume the tractor ran before you started this job? if so decompression the main engine and keep fuel in the pony and let her spin. You might want to check fuel pressure some time do to a week fuel pump or worn pump bypass could also give you this problem. good luck

tractor did run prior to this episode. Prior to this had issue with fuel getting into the motor oil which prompted the transfer pump seal change. I figured while at it it would be good time to change fuel filters.
