Can anyone tell me what I should torque the nuts down to on the flywheel or give me an educated guess, 100, 200, 300 ft lbs?
I do know the flywheel just starts to get snug on the shaft at 100 ft lbs.

Your help is greatly appreciated,
Bruce

Parts applet shows 3/4 inch bolts there. If they are plain, the interwebby says 266 ft. lbs. If they are plated, 200 ft. lbs. for grade 5, 3/4 inch bolts. Plated is what you get in the hardware store, so 200 should be just right. If the bolts look the least bit suspicious, buying two new ones is sure the cheapest insurance policy you can bank on for that very vital job.
