6030 pump timing

hello DEERE folks,, i'm looking for some measurements on a 6030--7520 flywheel. i need the diameter, and or the complete distance around the outside of the flywheel. my flywheel has NO TIMING marks except 240 degree mark. so i'm trying to figure where to mark the rest of the marks. i took out #1 injector and got TDC BUT,, this engine times 27 degrees before TDC, SO i need to figure a distance from TDC mark to make the 27'' mark. this engine was bought as--is and would NOT run except on ether for about 20 seconds, then would BARELY keep running with a tremendous amount of smoke and occasional backfire. i found it was timed on TDC, INSTEAD of 27'' BTDC I GOT IT RUNNING and the farmer has put this into a 7520,, but i'm not sure i figured correctly on my measurement, for 27''

Perimeter of a circle is PI x Diameter.

A full circle is 360 degres

So your distance is 27 / 360 x PI

Edit (Forgot diameter)
