JD2010 Hydraulic fails

After had my John Deere 2010 sitting for the summer I started it again some days ago and notice a considerable loss in the hydraulic power.
The power steering (i did not earlier realize I had it) is nearly gone, the loader barely lifts by its own weight and the 3 point is not doing much better.
In spring everything was fine. There is a noticeable rattle when I try to use the hydraulics, like the pump is "fighting".
I checked the hydraulic oil level, its fine, but the oil is not absolutely clear, it shows some white granular flakes.
Any ideas or suggestions what might be wrong and what to check next? Where may the rattle come from?
I read already that draining all oil and cleaning the filter might be necessary. Where would I be able to get a new filter in case it would be beyond cleaning?
Any help is appreciated.

You can access filter screen on RH side under operators platform. Screen is designed to be cleaned by utilizing solvent & blowing with compressed air. Stand clean screen open end up in a bucket & pour oil inside & if oil goes through screen then it's clean The screens were available in 2 lengths(8'' or 5-1/2'')

I would guess the drive coupling for the pump is the problem. They put a disconnect coupling to improve cold weather starting. I put washers on the shaft to hold the coupling in the proper position. The flakes in your oil is from the paint on the inside of the transmission. Don't buy a new filter, just clean yours with brake cleaner once a week. Pain in the neck to unhook brake rod, and drain oil each time to clean filter.

Wash out the filter, they are expensive and can stop up quickly. The power steering is usually the first sign of a clog. Also as the earlier reply the cold start lever might cause a problem but I would think either the pump is in gear or no. Also the pump has a pressure relief valve that will stick open and then you have nothing or only a little hydraulic power.
