Dltx8 carb swap.

I have a good working dltx8 carb on my unstyled A. Looking to see if anyone has a late a gasoline carb in equal condition they might want to swap me. This carb has never been repaired, so I would be wanting one in like condition.

So can we assume this is a DLTX 8 with the brass body and cast iron bowl which is what an early unstyled "A" would come with ?? Not an 18 but an "8", correct? I have two re-built 71,s which are gas only late "A". I would need to see pics of yours in order to determine swap details. I am asking $ 300 for these and usually get $ 350. My e-mail is open (classic view) If it's an 18..not interested , if it's an "8" then would be.

Yes, definitely a brass body dltx8. It's a good stock carb, but i'm looking to build something that doesn't just do parades. I can snap you a pic tomorrow. It's on the tractor as we speak.

I have an 8 an you can tell its brass and has a hand choke in very good condition on my shelf.
