Fuel tank problems.

Fuel tank problems. About 15 years ago, I coated the inside of my fuel tank on my 1941 Model B will a coating product. It seems like it was Kreem Brand, but I am not sure of that. Now the lining is flaking off and causing problems in the fuel system. My question, is what should I do to fix the situation?

Best solution is a good fuel tank. I'm not sure if there is any product that will remove the failed tank lining stuff.

Might be possible to fabricate a tall screen to fit the fuel outlet and just clean it as needed. However that isn't a good solution either

Maybe someone knows how to strip out the old tank liner stuff?

There was a guy East of me that was cutting tanks open and cleaning them,,did it for a lot of old car restorations and tractors..He would weld them back and they would be like new..I think he was bead blasting them clean,,I have never done it ,,but I have cut holes into New Gen tanks to clean them...
