Maybe some 5 years ago I put RedKote in my tractor's gasoline tank. I followed the directions meticulously, even allowing some extra set-up/drying time. Now as I look into the tank I see the RedKote has disappeared from the bottom of the tank - from that area where gas remains after all possible has drained out to the carburetor. I always drain the tank for winter. I never, but never use fuel with alcohol. Sometimes I use Stabill (sp?) if it's going to set for an extended period of time but never Sea Foam which I understand is alcohol. Anybody else experienced this? How do I now clean out the tank and start over. Do I even want to start over with RedKote? Oh yes, I suspect it's this problem that is causing the engine to starve for fuel when under heavy load. Chunks of RedKote plugging the tank's fuel outlet.
