Old 4320 pto seal

A good friend of mine replaced a leaking rear pto seal twice with no progress. He even replaced the center piece that the seal rides on and the oring. Said bearing is good, doesn't think internal shaft or outer is bent. Any help? thanks

Best I can say is double check the work,, changing the center piece is what it takes to make a new seal hold,,,blow it clean and give it a brake clean shower and look closer to where the oil is coming from,,maybe a cracked housing,,...you can use a clean shop vac ,,put it on exhaust and stuff the hose in the trans fill hole,,look and see where it's actually coming from..
