I recently acquired a 2010 Bulldozer Diesel, it runs and moves, but the PTO turns very slow. Anything I should check?

There appears there's not much adjustment to pto clutch linkage available. I'm guessing clutch is worn.

While this might sound silly, have you checked to make sure the PTO is actually engaged? On my 1010 the PTO will turn slowly when disengaged due to age but then picks up to normal speed when engaged.
