Beating a dead horse...

Besides the obvious, is there anything different between a '58 JD 630 and a '60 JD 630 internally or mechanichally (operation wise)?

I know some serial numbers say different, but if it is a 58 model it is a 620. 630 was 59 and 60, I don't think there is any difference in
them. Some of the 630's were made in late 58, but like cars, they were sold as 59 models by John Deere. Same with the 20 series. With the
exception of the 420, the rest that were made in late 56, were 57 models.

TractorData shows correctly the Serial number and 1958, unless they are wrong, I'm sure it's late '58 though.

Tractordata is often wrong. The first 630 was built 8/5/58 which is after the annual vacation/inventory/changeover period and thus would be a 1959 model.
